Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wking9 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the wking9 online gaming platform available at wking9.cam ("Platform"), including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support services provided therein.

wking9 is operated as an online entertainment and gaming platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or claiming a promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

This Agreement was last updated on 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account with wking9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wking9 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by anyone under 21. This age threshold reflects the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling participation as applied by the Company.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register personal gaming accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of wking9 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms globally or under an active exclusion order.

wking9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by the Company may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each eligible person may hold one Account only on the wking9 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information should any of it change.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. wking9 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at the email address listed in Section 16 of these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, wking9 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Commercial exploitation of any part of the Platform or its content;
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform;
• Screen-scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform content;
• Accessing the Platform from Restricted Territories via VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology;
• Redistribution or resale of any game content, odds data, or promotional material;
• Any use that violates applicable Malaysian law or the laws of your country of residence.

The Platform is intended for personal recreational use. wking9 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and reserves the right to conduct scheduled maintenance, emergency upgrades, or service interruptions as necessary. The Company will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and provide advance notice where practicable.

wking9 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). All Real Money Funds are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the User selects a cryptocurrency option, in which case funds are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Minimum Deposit: RM30 per transaction for e-wallet and FPX methods. Cryptocurrency minimum thresholds are displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 4 hours for standard accounts and within 30 minutes for Gold VIP accounts, subject to successful KYC verification. wking9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding RM10,000 per transaction.

Withdrawal to Original Method: To comply with anti-money laundering obligations, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

wking9 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for Malaysian Ringgit transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges, for which wking9 bears no responsibility.

From time to time, wking9 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement when you opt in to the promotion.

General conditions applicable to all promotional offers include:

• A User may only claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion constitute fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games explicitly included in the promotion terms. Excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• wking9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of misuse or system exploitation.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in each promotion's individual terms. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire automatically upon the stated deadline.

All bets placed on the wking9 Platform are final once confirmed. The Company does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances set out below.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned without winnings where: (a) an event is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours of its scheduled start time; (b) the odds were published in error and the error was demonstrably obvious; (c) a game malfunction occurs that prevents a fair outcome from being determined; or (d) where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum single-bet payouts are capped as displayed on the applicable game or market page. wking9 reserves the right to reduce maximum payouts for high-frequency or pattern-based wagering that is inconsistent with recreational use.

Sports Betting: All football bets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and other markets, are settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. wking9 uses reputable data providers for live scores and event data, but the Company's internal records shall prevail in any dispute.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as recorded in the live stream. Game results are final upon completion of the round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wking9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament;
• Fraud: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud;
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between wking9 and other platforms with the primary intent of guaranteed profit rather than recreational betting;
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or employing any other method to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform as a conduit for depositing, cycling, and withdrawing funds with no genuine gaming intent, for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds;
• Software Exploitation: Using hacks, exploits, glitches, or unauthorised software to gain an advantage or to extract funds from the Platform;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward wking9 staff or other users.

All content on the wking9 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, interface design, written content, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of wking9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of wking9. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

wking9 and its associated logos and trade dress are trademarks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use our trademarks in any manner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wking9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

wking9's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wking9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or the accuracy of third-party data such as live sports scores or exchange rates.

wking9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling, while entertaining for the majority of players, can become problematic for a minority. We therefore provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible from every Account dashboard.

Available tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure pop-up reminders after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality Check: View a transparent summary of your gaming activity, including net position, at any time from your dashboard.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusions are processed within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a mandatory break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without full account closure.

wking9 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• A chargeback or payment reversal initiated against wking9 by the User or their payment provider;
• At the User's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, wking9 reserves the right to retain any funds in the Account to offset losses, damages, or administrative costs incurred as a result of the breach. Where an Account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to User misconduct, remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the User via their most recent verified payment method within a reasonable period.

A User may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and remaining Real Money Funds will be returned following standard KYC verification.

wking9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your substantive rights as a User — we will provide at least 7 days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to your registered address.

For minor amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to payment method lists), changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or your use of the wking9 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other in writing shall be referred to binding arbitration or the appropriate legal forum as determined by the applicable law governing the matter.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
